🔔 Fix notification issues (web)

If you're not getting push notifications in the web version of OmniLife, it may be related to either your browser or your app settings.

Step 1: Check your OmniLife settings

If you see a bell with a “Z” icon, you have enabled Do Not Disturb mode.

To turn notifications back on:

  1. Click More in the top navigation

  2. Select Settings

  3. Click Enable or Resume Notifications to turn them back on


Step 2: Check your browser settings

When logged into the web app, look at the notification icon in the top right:

  • If you see a bell with a slash through it, your browser is blocking push notifications.

Select a guide from below to re-enable notifications:
