Step 1: Check your FlowHawk settings
If you see a bell icon with a “Z”, you’ve enabled Do Not Disturb mode.
To turn notifications back on:
Log in to messages.omnilife.io
Click the three horizontal dots (⋯) to open the More menu
Select Do Not Disturb to turn it off and resume receiving notifications
Step 2: Check Your Browser Notification Settings
While logged into the FlowHawk web app, look at the notification icon in the top right:
If you see a bell with a slash, your browser is blocking push notifications.
To re-enable notifications, choose the guide for your browser:
