Option 1. Use the Quick Site Information Menu (Fastest Method)
Go to https://messages.omnilife.io in Firefox.
Click the Site Information icon to the left of the URL.
This appears as a lock icon.
In the panel that opens, look for Permissions.
Find Send Notifications.
If the checkbox “Use default” is selected and blocking notifications, uncheck it.
Set Send Notifications to Allow.
Close the panel and refresh the page.
Option 2. If Notifications Don’t Appear in the Quick Menu
Follow these steps to manually allow notifications in Firefox’s full permissions manager:
Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top‑right corner.
Select Settings.
Go to Privacy & Security.
Scroll to the Permissions section.
Next to Notifications, click Settings…
In the list of sites:
If messages.omnilife.io is listed as Blocked, change it to Allow.
If it’s not listed, click Allow… and add the site:
https://messages.omnilife.io
Click Save Changes and refresh your FlowHawk tab.
Option 3. If Firefox Never Asked for Notification Permission
If the permission prompt never appeared:
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Permissions → Notifications as above.
Make sure “Block new requests asking to allow notifications” is not checked.
Return to messages.omnilife.io, refresh, and the permission prompt should appear again.
