βœ… Step 1: Allow Notifications When Prompted

  1. First, make sure notifications are enabled in your OmniLife account settings.

  2. Refresh the page at messages.omnilife.io

When prompted, click "Allow" or "Okay" to grant notification access.

πŸ”„ Step 2: Check Firefox Site Permissions

If notifications are still blocked:

  1. Go to https://messages.omnilife.io

  2. Click the padlock icon πŸ”’ in the address bar

  3. Click "Connection secure", then "More Information"

  4. In the pop-up box, select the "Permissions" tab

  5. Scroll to Send Notifications and select "Allow"

  6. Close the pop-up


βš™οΈ Step 3: Review Global Notification Settings

  1. Click the menu icon (≑) in the top right corner of Firefox

  2. Select Settings

  3. In the left sidebar, click Privacy & Security

  4. Scroll to the Permissions section and find Notifications

  5. Click Settings...

  6. Locate messages.omnilife.io in the list

  7. In the Status column, change to Allow

  8. Click Save Changes

Notifications from OmniLife will now appear in Firefox.


πŸ“Œ Note: Notifications Work Even in the Background

OmniLife notifications are always enabled-even if you’ve closed the browser tab.

They’re powered by a service worker, which means you'll continue receiving alerts in Firefox as long as notifications are allowed in your settings. No need to keep the app open!
