Note: If you do not have organization admin permissions, the "Delete Room" function will not work. If you are not an organization admin, please go to the section titled "Deleting Case Follower Group Rooms as Basic User"
Deleting Case Follower Group Room as an organization Admin user
Go to the admin portal
Go to Chatrooms
Go to Active
Sort by "last active" by selecting the "last active" column
Find the room that you would like to delete/archive
Select Room
Select "Close Chatroom"
Deleting Case Follower Group Room as a Basic User
Go to case module
Select the case that contains the follower group room that you would like to delete
Select the room
Go to info by selecting the "i" icon in the top right
Select "Delete Room"
If this is not working, use work around outlined below

Go to case module
Select the case that contains the follower group room that you would like to delete
Select "permissions"
Scroll down until you see the follower group that the follower group room is created from
Select the follower group that generated the follower group room that you would like to delete
Remove all users from this follower group *Note* Be sure to select "Save" in the top right after removing users to finalize the removal
After removing all users from this follower group return to the main case page by selecting "back"
Then select permissions
Find the follower group room you would like to delete and select the "x" icon next to the follower group
