The My Teams feature helps you organize users into reusable groups for fast, efficient collaboration across your organization. Teams are shared, so please take care when editing or deleting them.
⚠️ Deleting a team removes it for everyone in your organization. If you just want to remove yourself, use the Leave Team option instead.
📱 Using My Teams on Mobile
Access teams from the mobile app by tapping the Teams tab at the bottom of your screen.
➕ Create a new team (mobile)
Tap the + icon at the top right.
Enter a Team Name.
Tap Add People to choose team members.
Toggle Share with your organization if you'd like the team to be available to others.
Tap Create Team.
👥 Join a team (mobile)
You can join an existing team if it has been shared with the organization.
Open the team.
Tap Join Team.
🚪 Leave a team (mobile)
If you no longer need to be part of a team, we strongly recommend that you leave the team rather than delete it:
Open the team.
Tap Leave Team.
This keeps the team intact for other members while removing it from your list.
🗑️ Delete a team (mobile)
🚨 Caution: Deleting a team removes it for everyone in your organization.
To delete a team:
Swipe left on the team in the list.
Tap Delete.
Only delete a team if you're absolutely sure it’s no longer needed by anyone.
💻 Using My Teams on Web
Access teams on web by clicking the three horizontal dots (More) in the top right corner, then selecting My Teams.
➕ Create a new team (web)
Click + Add Team in the top left.
Enter a Team Name.
Toggle Share with your organization if you want the team to be visible and usable by others in your organization.
Under Add Members, you can search for individual users and click the + icon to add them, or switch to the Teams tab to add an existing team with a single click.
Click Create.
👥 Join a team (web)
Select the team's name from the list → click Edit.
Click Join Team.
🚪 Leave a team (web)
Select the team's name from the list → click Edit.
Click Leave Team to remove yourself.
🗑️ Delete a team (web)
Select the team's name from the list → click Edit.
Click the red Delete button.
Confirm the deletion.
⚠️ Be absolutely sure - deleting a team removes it for everyone.
