📲 Step 1: Download the app
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
Search for “FlowHawk”
Download and open the app
Tap Sign Up on the bottom-right corner of the screen
✅ Step 2: Create and verify your account
Enter your email, create a password, and enter your phone number
You’ll receive a text message with a verification code – enter it into the app
Check your email inbox and click on the verification link to confirm registration, then tap I have verified my email

👤 Step 3: Set up your profile and request access
(Optional) Tap the image placeholder to upload a profile picture
Enter First and Last name
Select your organization from the list
Choose your role and tap Submit to complete the process
🛑 Your request will be sent to your organization's admin for approval.
🎉 Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to access Cases and/or Rooms and start collaborating with your team.
