Manage your preferences in the More > Settings section:
Update your profile
Reset the app (to troubleshoot)
Adjust notification sounds
๐ง Email notifications (optional)
You can choose to receive email updates in addition to in-app notifications:
Go to More > Settings > Email notifications
Toggle on to activate
โ ๏ธ Reminder: Due to HIPAA compliance, email updates may contain limited information. For real-time updates and the best experience, always use the mobile app.
๐ Notifications
When you're added to a case, youโll receive a push notification-similar to a text message. Inside the app, a red badge will appear to show new unread messages.
Tip: Tap on the badge to go straight to the latest updates.
๐ฏ Filters
Use filters to focus on whatโs relevant to you.
In the Cases or Rooms modules, tap the filter icon (carrot icon) and choose "Open Cases" or "Hide Closed Rooms" for faster navigation and performance.
๐ฌ Messaging & message details
Tap any case or room to read or send messages
Tap a message bubble to view additional info like timestamps and attached files
Emoji reactions and read receipts help simplify communication
๐ Finding case details & accessing files
Go into a case
Tap the Info (โน๏ธ) icon to view key case information
Scroll down to find shared files, documents, or media
๐ช Leaving a room or follower group
If you no longer need updates from a specific room:
Tap into the room
Tap the three-dot menu (โฎ) or "More"
Select Leave Room
Note: Youโll no longer receive messages or notifications from that room once you leave.
