Easily manage all users in one place: approve new members, update roles, or remove users when needed.

➑️ Go to admin.omnilife.io/portal and log in to get started.

πŸ”’ Note: Only users with the Organization Manager permission can access the Users section in the Admin Portal.

βœ… Approve new members

When a new user signs up, they can request to join your organization. An Organization Manager must approve this request before the user can access rooms or cases.

To approve a member:

  1. Go to the Users section.

  2. Click Pending Members in the left menu.

  3. Review the list of users requesting access.

  4. Click Approve to confirm and grant access.

πŸ‘₯ Add new users in bulk

You can invite multiple users at once by uploading a CSV file.

To bulk invite users:

  1. Go to the Pending Members section.

  2. Click Invite Users.

  3. Select your CSV file and click Open, then OK to upload.

πŸ“„ CSV format tip:
Your file should contain two columns (no headers):

  • Column 1 = Full Name

  • Column 2 = Email Address

πŸ” Manage existing users

Once approved, users appear under Approved Members. You can:

  • πŸ”Ž Search for users by name or email

  • πŸ‘οΈ View user details by clicking their name

  • ✏️ Edit roles, permissions, or user info

  • πŸ—‘οΈ Remove users from the organization if needed
