Note: Only users with Organization Manager permission can invite new users.
π Step 1: Create Your CSV File
Open a blank Excel workbook.
Add your user info using 2 columns only:
Column 1 = First and Last Name
Column 2 = Email Address
β οΈ Important: Do not include headers in the CSV file.
Save the file as a CSV UTF-8 format:
Go to File > Save As
Under File Format, select CSV UTF-8

π Step 2: Log into the Admin Portal
Go to admin.omnilife.io/login
Enter your credentials to access the Admin Portal
π€ Step 3: Upload Your CSV File
In the left-hand menu, click on Pending Members
Click Invite Users
A file upload pop-up will appear
Select your prepared CSV file and click Open
You'll see a confirmation showing the number of users being invited
Click OK to complete the upload
π Step 4: Confirmation
After clicking OK, you'll receive a success message confirming that your users have been invited!
