Log in to Admin Portal
Click on 'Workflow Builder'
Click 'Modify Case Preferences'
Select your desired workflow and click 'Modify Preferences'
Click 'Add New Follower'
Fill out your Default Follower Group Selections
Follower Group Name
Give permission to update tasks if desired
Select tasks to subscribe group to view
Add teams to the Default group
Click 'Update Preferences'
