🔔 Fix notification issues (web)

If you're not getting push notifications in the web version of OmniLife, it may be related to either your browser or your app settings.

Step 1: Check your FlowHawk settings

If you see a bell icon with a “Z”, you’ve enabled Do Not Disturb mode.

To turn notifications back on:

  1. Log in to messages.omnilife.io

  2. Click the three horizontal dots (⋯) to open the More menu

  3. Select Do Not Disturb to turn it off and resume receiving notifications


Step 2: Check Your Browser Notification Settings

While logged into the FlowHawk web app, look at the notification icon in the top right:

  • If you see a bell with a slash, your browser is blocking push notifications.

To re-enable notifications, choose the guide for your browser:
