Step 1: Check your OmniLife settings
If you see a bell with a βZβ icon, you have enabled Do Not Disturb mode.
To turn notifications back on:
Log in to messages.omnilife.io
Click More in the top navigation
Select Settings
Click Enable or Resume Notifications to turn them back on
Step 2: Check your browser settings
When logged into the web app, look at the notification icon in the top right:
