I am not receiving notifications on web app (browser)

If you are not receiving push notifications on the web, this may be due to your OmniLife App settings, or the browser settings. To determine whether the settings are in the app or the browser, log into the web application and complete the following:

Diagnosing Browser-specific settings

To begin, please log in to OmniLife app via the web. If your OmniLife app has the bell with the cross through it, this signifies that the application is unable to send push notifications due to the browser settings (see below)

If you see this icon, then please find the browser you are using below and follow the instructions to enable notifications.

Diagnosing OmniLife App-specific settings:

To begin, please log in to OmniLife app via the web. If your OmniLife web app has the bell with the "z" symbol (see below), this is because you have put the app on 'Do Not Distrub.' To turn your app notifications back on, please complete the following instructions:

  1. Log in to the web app

  2. In the top tool bar, select "more"

  3. Select "settings"

  4. Select "enable notifications"
