If you’re unable to view or join Teams in FlowHawk, it’s likely due to your organization access or user role.

Here’s how to check and what to do:

🔍 Common reasons you can’t access Teams

  • You're a guest user (using an email not associated with an approved organization)

  • You haven't been approved by your organization’s admin

  • You haven't requested access to join an organization

✅ Check your organization status

  1. Go to More > My Profile

  2. Scroll down to Organization

Here’s what you might see:

  • Blank organization field: You haven’t requested access to join yet.

  • Red "!" icon next to your organization name: You’ve requested access but haven’t been approved.

Reach out to your organization's admin or manager and ask them to approve your membership request.
