🚫 Unable to join an organization?

If you’re seeing a red “!” icon next to the organization name in your profile, it means your request to join hasn’t been approved yet.

Here’s why this might be happening:


🧑‍💼 Approval Pending

You’ve submitted a request to join, but it still needs to be approved by your Organization Manager.
➡️ Please reach out to them directly to complete your registration.


💼 Organization Access Issue

The organization you selected may not be a premium customer of OmniLife Health.
➡️ Double-check with your contact or support team to confirm.
