Notifications are an important feature of the OmniLife app. However, if you are not receiving notifications, it may be because they are not enabled on your device. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to enable notifications on both iOS and Android devices.
📱 iOS (iPhone)
Open your phone's Settings → Apps
Scroll to OmniLife
Tap Notifications
Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on
🤖 Android
Open the Settings app.
Tap Apps or Apps & notifications.
Select OmniLife from the app list.
Tap Notifications.
Ensure notifications are toggled ON
It is important to note that if you force quit the app on Android, you will not receive notifications. This is a common behavior for all Android apps, to ensure you receive notifications, make sure to keep the app running in the background.
