FlowHawk is a great platform to manage all the communications surrounding a patient or an organ offer. One of the biggest challenges with today's status quo of emails, text messages, and phone calls is the added burden it has on coordinators when coming on-call/going off-call. Because all of the communications are disorganized, it requires extensive communication between the oncoming and off-going coordinators to ensure a successful hand-off and that important details and actions aren't missed. Unfortunately, due to the complex nature of transplantation, sometimes things are missed.
Here is a helpful article to ensure that your case handoffs with FlowHawk are as seamless as possible.
How to Add Admins
Check out our FAQ help article explaining the differences between admins and followers and how to add admins to a case.
Joining Follower Groups as an Admin
Once an admin has been added to a case, that new admin will automatically have visibility access to all previously created Follower Groups. All case admins can view these by going to the case, selecting "Permissions," and scrolling to the bottom of the screen, where follower rooms will be listed under "Case Followers" (see below).
In order to join the Follower Group Rooms to participate in conversations and access all previous communications, select the Follower Group that you would like to Join to pull up the 'Follower Details' page. Then select 'People' (see below).
Then select, "Join Group" to join the rooms associated with that follower group and be able to participate in the conversations.
At this point, the new case admin should be able to access all Follow Group Rooms and have access to all historical conversational data, including user messages, system-generated messages, files, and more.
