β Add admins to the case
Before a handoff, make sure the incoming coordinator is added as an admin on the case. Admins have full access and can join all Follower Group Rooms, which ensures they see everything they need.

π₯ Join follower groups as an admin
Once added as an admin, youβll automatically have visibility into all existing Follower Groups.
To join a group and access conversations:
Open the case and go to Permissions.
Scroll to Case Followers at the bottom of the screen.
Click the Follower Group you want to join.
On the Follower Details page, select People.
Click Join Group.
After joining, youβll have access to all historical conversations in that room - including messages, files, and system updates.
