How to Update Donor Data in a Case

Updating donor data allows you to refresh or replace case information using newly imported data. This is helpful if donor details change or if more complete information becomes available.

This article explains how to update donor data for an existing case and what to expect when the data is replaced.


Updating Donor Data

  1. Open the case you want to update.

  2. Below the case tasks, select Update Donor Data.

  3. Choose one of the following import options:

    • PDF

    • Existing Donor

    • UNOS

  4. Click Update to save the changes.


Using UNOS℠ to Update Donor Data

When selecting UNOS:

  1. If needed, click the connector icon to enter your login credentials for UNet or DonorNet.

    Enter the UNOS ID you want to import.

  2. Select Update to save the changes.


Important Notes

  • Updating donor data replaces existing case values with newly imported data.

  • Imported data is applied to the relevant workflow fields.

  • Available import options depend on your organization’s plan and configuration.

  • The UNOS integration requires a successful login to retrieve data.
