While offline, you can continue to access existing rooms and message history, compose draft messages, and upload images that will retry automatically once you are back online. Background improvements help ensure a smoother transition when connectivity drops and returns.
SMS Notifications with Room Links
SMS notifications include direct links to rooms, making it easier to jump straight into the conversation.

UNOS℠ Integration for Cases
The UNOS integration allows you to pull donor data directly from the UNet℠ and DonorNet® APIs when creating or updating a case. This helps reduce manual data entry and keeps case information consistent.

Cases can be updated at any time using Update Donor Data on case tasks. You can refresh case information using a PDF, an existing donor, or UNOS data.
