Case Timeline Improvements
The Case Timeline can be customized to track specified fields, providing an at‑a‑glance view of how a case is progressing. This helps teams quickly understand status and key changes on both web and mobile.
Room Icons
Rooms support icons that act as visual cues, making it easier for teams to identify the correct room at a glance.
💻 Web Updates
Customizable Case Table
The Cases table supports resizing, reordering, and showing or hiding columns. This allows you to tailor the case list to match how you review and manage active cases.
Shareable Case Filters
Changes made to filters in the Cases table update the URL. This makes it easier to share filtered case lists with other users, bookmark specific views, and refresh the page without losing your filters.
Recipient Upload Improvements
Recipient Upload includes expanded support for default Epic exports. Column matching is more flexible and aligns with common Epic export headers out of the box.
🛠️ Admin Portal Updates
Workflow Default Settings
The Workflow Builder includes a new Default Settings section. Organization Managers can set default Case Stages and Case Tags that are applied when cases are created using a workflow. Additionally, Follower Groups includes an option to leave Notify Members Upon Group Creation unchecked by default, giving more control over when notifications are sent.
