🌐 Mobile and Web Updates
New Case Stage Values
We expanded the list of Case Stage options to better represent all possible offer and case final dispositions. This provides clearer tracking and more accurate workflow status information.
Organization Manager Permissions
Organization Managers can now edit all teams that are shared with their organization. This update gives administrators more flexibility when managing team structures and access.
Services Added to Cases
A new Services section is now available in Cases. This gives you quick access to trusted service providers and supported profusion device integrations.
📱 Mobile Updates
Task editing on mobile has been improved for easier and faster data entry. Updates include:
Buttons to move to the next or previous field
Buttons to jump to the next or previous task
Improved auto-scroll that keeps the active field in view while editing
These enhancements make mobile case updates more efficient, especially for users who enter data frequently while on the move.
💻 Web Updates
URL Routing for Rooms and Cases
You can now share or bookmark direct URLs to Rooms and Cases. This also enables full support for the browser Back button, improving overall navigation.
Updated Case Task Details
The Case Task Details interface has been rebuilt to make key information easier to reach. The updated layout reduces the need for extra clicks or excessive scrolling.
