Release Date: August 4th, 2025
🆕 Mobile and web updates
Here’s what’s new across both the mobile and web apps:
Rooms are now sorted by unread messages first, then by most recent activity, helping you focus on what needs attention.
Support for multiple case editors – You’ll now see an indicator when someone else is working on a particular task in a case. This helps prevent accidental overwrites. Multiple users can still work on different tasks in the same case at the same time.
Organization-wide case permissions allow teams to grant view or edit access across all cases, or only specific ones based on tags.
The "Incomplete" status has been removed from task update messages.
Cases load in the background, so they open more smoothly without disrupting your workflow.
The app now uses "Case" instead of "Donor" throughout.
The communication preferences text box has been removed from the registration process.
A bug affecting profile setup during registration has been fixed.
The Help section now includes a new support email and a feedback form.
Case Stages have been revised for clarity and consistency.
📱 Mobile-only updates
After viewing a case, you can now return to the previous room using a new Back button, making it easier to move between rooms and cases.
💻 Web-only updates
The Case Details view has been redesigned so you can view and edit a case without leaving the room.
The Details tab in Cases loads faster and shows all fields without needing to reload.
Add Case BETA is now the default experience and is no longer labeled as a beta feature.
For customers with analytics access, the Analytics tab now includes:
Cases Workflow Overview
OR Dashboard
Logistics Dashboard
In the Admin Portal:
Exported case PDFs now include all chat rooms and task data.
Rooms related to closed cases are now hidden by default.
Improved performance when exporting case PDFs.
