We're excited to share that our upcoming release later this week brings a big upgrade to our mobile platform's core! We're putting a lot of effort into tackling technical debt, boosting security, and making our platform more reliable. Plus, we're gearing up to roll out new features more smoothly. With major updates to the core platform, including the codebase and supporting libraries, you should notice a nice boost in performance and stability.

Significant Updates:

Mobile Case View List: Cases can now be filtered by workflow, especially useful for clients with multiple workflows and cross functional teams.
Improvements: Push notifications, room notification badge counts, adding attachments, viewing long case notes, etc.

Other Updates:

Easier Usage: adding case attachments, remove users from follower groups, adding teams, and including lengthy new messages viewable on details screen.

Android Media Uploads: Users on older android devices will be able to capture and upload pictures and videos in the application.

Removal of Emoji options in message replies on mobile due to low utilization. Will explore adding enhanced version of emojis in future releases per user feedback.
