If you receive an error message when attempting to take a photo in the OmniLife mobile app, it's likely due to camera permissions.

Follow the steps below to enable camera access:​

πŸ“± iOS (iPhone)

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security.

  3. Tap Camera.

  4. Locate OmniLife in the list and ensure the toggle is set to ON.​

Once enabled, return to the OmniLife app and try taking a photo again.​


πŸ€– Android

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap Apps or Apps & notifications.

  3. Find and select OmniLife from the list.

  4. Tap Permissions.

  5. Tap Camera and select Allow.​

After granting permission, reopen the OmniLife app and attempt to take a photo.​
