  • Create a CSV file with intended users

    • Open Excel Blank Workbook

    • Workbook should have 2 columns only; 1 column for first and last name, 1 column for email address

    • CSV will NOT accept any headers for columns

      • Example

    • Save File as CSV file

      • Where it says 'FILE FORMAT' - Change from 'excel workbook' to a 'CSV UTF-8'

  • Login to OmniLife's Admin Portal

  • Select the 'Pending Members' Tab on the Left Menu

    • Then Select 'Invite Users'

  • Once you click 'Invite Users' a pop up screen will appear

    • Find your selected CSV file and click 'Open'

  • After you click open, the following pop up screen will appear with the number of users you are inviting.

    • Click 'OK'

  • After clicking 'OK', you will get the following pop up screen stated you have successfully invited users!

  • Please reach out to your Account Manager with any issues or questions.
