📁 Trusted service providers in FlowHawk

FlowHawk now supports trusted service providers, starting with XVIVO Recovery Service. This gives your team timely insight into donor activity and a faster way to request recovery support when you need it.

What this feature does

When our recovery team is working on a donor that matches one of your cases, you’ll see an alert in the case details under the Permissions tab > View Alerts. This helps you stay aware of recovery activity without extra calls or messages.

From Alerts section, you can select Request Procurement Services Info. This opens a direct line to our dispatch team so you can coordinate recovery needs without leaving FlowHawk.

Why this matters

Transplant coordination moves fast, and visibility gaps can create avoidable problems. For example:

  • An organ might be declined because a team isn’t available, even though another recovery team is already on site.

  • Two different teams may travel to the same donor for separate organs because neither knows the other is there.

Surfacing this information inside FlowHawk may help reduce duplicate travel, avoid missed recovery opportunities, and support faster decisions.

Why we’re starting with recovery

Recovery is one of the most time-sensitive parts of the process. Starting with XVIVO Recovery Service gives teams immediate value and a clearer picture of what’s happening in real time.

Our long-term vision

We want FlowHawk to become a single hub for transplant coordination. Over time, we plan to add more trusted service providers such as:

  • Logistics partners

  • Perfusion teams

  • Call centers

Bringing these groups into one place will help remove inefficiencies and give your team a smoother workflow.

Suggest providers to add

We’d love your input. If there are vendors you want to see included, share them with us or send them to your customer success contact. Your feedback guides what we add next.
