Please be aware that the OmniLife Mobile and Web Applications have been updated with higher levels of default security and file permissions for FlowHawk Workflows. As a result of these updates, a file uploaded at the time of case creation will not be included as a case-wide file. If the file is needed for sharing purposes, it will need to be uploaded again and shared within specific follower tasks and groups.
Significant Notification Updates:
Updating case tasks and forms do not automatically notify followers unless the user selects "Save and Notify"
A user may now mute all case follower rooms for a single case from the cases view screen if they do not want to receive any notifications from the case
When a case is closed/archived, all associated unread badge notifications are cleared for all case members
Faster recording of read receipts and clearing unread notification badges
Other Updates:
Teams can only be updated by Org Managers or the team creator
Improved Case View filtering by Workflow when multiple workflow versions have been used
Updates for web application are immediate and automatic. Updates for the mobile application may not be automatic depending on your local device settings (Apple iOS settings > app store > app updates, toggle ON), please manually update at your earliest convenience.
