FlowHawk Users,
Our recent release, contains important updates that affect the default functionality of FlowHawk Workflow Cases within the OmniLife Mobile and Web Applications.
Significant Updates:
Removing Main Case Rooms: Previously by default, main case rooms were automatically created with all admins when new cases were created. They will no longer be created automatically. All case message rooms should be created via follower groups. If you need further training on this, please contact your account manager.
Workflow Module: Workflows can be configured with default follower groups and teams within the Admin Portal Workflow Builder so that newly created cases will automatically include them in the recent followers suggestions.
Other Updates:
New Users: New users invited via case follower group will automatically join the group after their new account is registered.
Case Files: Case files can be redacted and removed if added by mistake.
Notifications: Case Task Expiration notifications within any case follower group rooms will also be sent via email if specified in user preferences.
