Our recent release has improved case loading performance in low-connectivity and high-volume environmental conditions. The release contains important updates that affect the default functionality of FlowHawk Workflow Cases.

Significant Updates:

Cases Performance Improvements: Case loading improvements in low-connectivity and high-volume environmental conditions. Enhanced, more detailed, admin audit reporting for cases in the admin portal.

Basic Users Cannot Access Cases: Users that are not approved organization members cannot access case details, only the message rooms they are specifically added to. Please ensure that all your team members are approved organization members. Membership is requested by the basic user through their profile page, and approved by the organization admin using the admin portal.

Other Updates:

Additional Case Tags: New offer, Provisional yes offer, Accepted offer, NRP, OrganOx, etc.

Case View Admin Badge: Cases with admin privleges now shows a badge for the user in case view pages.

User Lists Ordered Alphabetically: Users are listed in alphabetical order when searching and listing users.

Easy Follower Groups: Joining follower groups has been streamlined in mobile.
