FlowHawk Users,
Our recent web release has improved login/logout refresh tokens and overall experience updates for heavy web users. The release contains important updates that affect the default functionality of FlowHawk Workflow Cases.
Significant Updates:
Image copy/paste support: Copy and paste an image or file into the message textbox area and it will be uploaded as a file. The snipping tool allows for copy and paste instead of saving to the desktop and uploading separately.
Referring workflow tasks available in the builder: Org manager users with access to the workflow builder can configure workflow tasks and fields that refer to other fields. This reduces manual documentation and preserves the permission to share only the necessary information with each of the task followers.
Other Updates:
Additional Case Tags: "Review" used to flag a case for additional review and filtering within case view.
Email notifications: Users may turn on email notifications in their profile account preferences and receive them in that manner. The email notification support can be linked to tiggers for other services and devices such as pagers, microsoft teams, slack, etc.
Resolved "not in room": Some users noticed issues with adding follower groups and case admins that has been resolved.
